The Annihilator Quest
The four-player demon fight in the Edron Hero Cave: pull the lever, break through six Angry Demons to the door, and choose Demon Armor, a Magic Sword, a Stonecutter Axe or the Annihilation Bear. It also unlocks the base Demon outfit.

Requirements at a glance
- Level
- 100Premium
Level 100 is the gate, and a well-prepared team can do it there. 130 is the wiki’s comfortable number, and it is worth waiting for if your team is mostly mages.
- Team
- Needs a team
Exactly four players, none of whom has completed the quest before. The room will not take a smaller team. Typical lineup: one knight to block and three shooters.
- Quests
- No other quest is required.1
- Bring
- Plenty of health and mana potions — the wiki’s advice is a very large supply, and the knight-only icicle strategy it describes uses around 350 Great Health Potions.1
- Might Rings and Elven Amulets for everyone (they cut damage taken by 25%), a Necklace of the Deep for the life-drain beam (halves it), and a full fire protection set. The blocker can add a Stone Skin Amulet.13
- Full blessings for the whole team.3
Before you start
The gotchas and shortcuts that save the most time — worth two minutes before you set off.
- The fight is decided in the first 30 seconds: the wiki says the difference between facing six demons and five is “much greater than one may think”. Everyone attacks the same first blocking demon at once.1
- You cannot leave the room until the two demons blocking the east door are dead. The other four demons can be ignored, but they will attack you until you leave, so do not stop to kill them.1
- Line-up: the knight stands nearest the demons so that melee can reach them. The wiki says the blocker or highest level should be on the far right of the four tiles; a TibiaQA answer gives the order druid, sorcerer, paladin, knight, demons.13
- An Angry Demon hit can take 20 to 450 hitpoints per turn, and six of them can stack up to about 800 with Great Fireballs. A rare Great Energy Beam combo can do 1,800 and kill the team, which is why mages are the risk. Do not run this with one mage and three knights — it kills too slowly to keep a mage in mana.1
- Mage tricks from the wiki: use a Blessed Steak for an extra full mana bar when the first demon dies; get within a few experience of a level-up before entering, so killing the first demon refills your mana and health; have a Sudden Death shot ready while Mana Shield still absorbs the first hit.13
- An older TibiaQA answer says the same idea for a level-100 team: sit at about 98% of the level, so the first kill tips you over. Treat it as a tip, not a rule.3
- The quest is limited to once per day for the whole world. This comes from a TibiaQA answer that cites the wiki; the current wiki page does not state it, so if the lever does nothing, it may simply have been used on your world today.4
- There is a 10-minute backstop. If anyone is still in the fight room 10 minutes after the lever is pulled, they are moved to the reward room regardless of whether the demons are alive.1
Part 1: Getting through the Hero Cave
The Hero Cave is in the middle of north Edron. The way to the quest room is long and crowded, so bring a full team and the supplies for the fight.
- 1Enter the Hero Cave in the central cave of north Edron. Hunters wait outside the entrance.1
- 2Three floors down you meet Wild Warriors, Demon Skeletons and Priestesses. The fourth floor has 3 Dragons. The fifth has 2 Monks and a Hero.1
- 3On the sixth floor the first corridor holds a mix of Demon Skeletons, Wild Warriors, Priestesses, Monks and Minotaur Guards. At the bottom, turn right. The same creatures wait to the north and a Hero spawn to the south.1
- 4Take the next passage south, across from the Fire Elemental room. Hunters and similar monsters wait here.1
- 5At the end of the passage is a level 100 Gate of Expertise and a quest door. Beyond them is the teleport room with four marked tiles and a lever.1
Part 2: The setup
- 1All four players stand on the four marked tiles. The blocker (or highest level) takes the tile farthest to the right.1
- 2The player in front pulls the lever. The whole team is teleported at once to a room with six Angry Demons.1
- 3Before the pull, check that everyone is fully healed, has full mana, and is wearing the right rings and amulets. Mages should have a Sudden Death shot ready.13
Part 3: The fight
There are six Angry Demons: two to the north, two to the south and two straight ahead, standing between you and the door.
- 1Attack only the two demons between the team and the east door. Everyone targets the first of the two at the same time so it dies as fast as possible.1
- 2The leader can set the second demon to follow so they step forward as soon as the first dies. That keeps the leader out of the demons’ summons and reduces the number of Great Energy Beams that can hit them at once.1
- 3Do not get exhausted while healing: you cannot melee or use a bow or crossbow while exhausted.1
- 4The usual line-up is three shooters and a knight blocking in the front tile. Teams with two or more knights can have the others throw Assassin Stars, because potions and Exori Hur would exhaust them.1
- 5When the second demon dies, run east through the door at once, which is not locked. Close it behind you so stray Fire Elementals and Great Fireballs cannot follow.1
Part 4: The reward
- 1In the reward room you can enter the door only once, so choose carefully: Demon Armor (Arm 16, the best armor with no vocation limit), Magic Sword (Atk 48, Def 35, +3), Stonecutter’s Axe (Atk 50, Def 30, +3) or the Annihilation Bear.1
- 2Leave through the teleport east of the choices. It puts you in front of the level 100 door at the start of the quest.1
- 3For the outfit: talk to Avar Tar in Edron. Say `hi`, `outfits`, `yes`, then `base`. He gives you the base Demon outfit for completing the Annihilator.2
Boss mechanics
Angry Demons
- Six of them, all hostile from the moment you arrive. Only the two blocking the door need to die. Their attacks include Great Fireballs and the Great Energy Beam; Fire Elementals they summon add to the damage.1
- A knight can use ice: the wiki suggests a weapon imbued with Powerful Frost, or an ice weapon such as a Winterblade, Resizer or Cobra Axe (usually level 200+).1
- A four-knight tactic: each brings a backpack of icicles and shoots them at full health while the blocker heals. The wiki claims the quest can be cleared in under 2 minutes for about 350 Great Health Potions, but says it has not been tested with paladins and mages.1
- A level-100 mage can survive with a full magma set, a handful of Elven Amulets and about a backpack of Might Rings used with Great Mana Potions, so the mana from potions outpaces what the fire and energy drain.1
